Most people say that when they drive into the high mountain Heber Valley they a feel a unique sense of peace. The views are breathtaking. This beautiful green valley is surrounded by the majestic Wasatch Back mountain range on the West, and the thirteen thousand foot Uintah Wilderness on the East. Nestled at 5500 feet elevation, we're also home to many natural artesian springs, rich in minerals. Midway also boasts one of the top fly fishing rivers in America - the Provo River, which winds through the valley and is adjacent to our farm. The natural beauty is hard to beat, but we think it is matched and maybe exceeded by the wonderful residents.  

This beautiful place has been home to the Canyon View Farm for more than 80 years. For four generations now we've been raising cows and working the farm. We're excited to establish Heber Valley Milk, and make our raw milk available to you.
